Pricing is based on your user/device count and the scope of services you need (monitoring-only vs. full helpdesk and security). We provide a tailored quote after a short discovery call — no generic pricing that doesn't fit your situation.
We offer both monthly and annual plans. Annual plans include a discount. There's no long-term lock-in — we earn your business every month and ask for just 30 days' notice if you decide to move on.
Automation, migrations, and one-time builds are quoted per project. We scope the work, agree on deliverables, and provide a fixed or time-and-materials estimate before any work begins.
Absolutely. Many clients start with Starter to get monitoring and basic support in place, then upgrade to Growth or Fully Managed as their needs evolve. Upgrading is seamless — no re-onboarding required.
